I'm Davina Clauer and before I get all into talking about myself I wanted to thank you for taking the time to check me out. My mission is to help others unlock their wellness potential using the tools and tricks that I have learned on my own journey. Now the deets on who I am....

I am the proud mother of two amazing girls that teach and inspire me daily. I'm really into practicing & teaching Vinyasa Yoga. My specialized practices are focused on supporting mothers, babies and children through significant moments of life. The techniques used in prenatal and children’s yoga can provide countless benefits for the overall well-being for the entire family.

I took my first yoga class with my then 6-month-old in 2013 and BOOM life was never the same again. This led me to start teaching yoga in 2015 after completing my RYT-200 certification. During teacher training I was introduced to Ayurveda; I thought it was cool but didn’t pay too much attention to it at the time.

Towards the end of 2015 life as I knew it was shattered when I suffered a devastating loss of a pregnancy at 11 weeks. It was the worst thing I had ever experienced and when I was searching for anything to feel better I turned back to my yoga practice, and there I discovered that this awful thing that happened to me and my family was for a reason. I started to be pulled toward the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to heal myself emotionally and address the physiological cause of my miscarriage. Turns out I had been ignoring the signs of a hormone imbalance for over 15 years. My body was sending me signals that I ignored daily. Until one day, that day etched in my brain, my body said enough is enough. This was the wakeup call that  changed my life forever. The lack of self-care and unhealthy habits leads to path paved with angst, pain, and loss. So many of us have the tendency to live in a state of discomfort or even pain and accept that as the normal. Eventually this lifestyle catches up with us and can manifest in many different ways. The good news is it doesn’t have to be this way.

I am happy to report that after some major changes in lifestyle I conceived and carried a healthy baby girl and she graced us with her presence in Feb. 2017. Since giving birth I have been bound and determined to continue down my wellness path and decided I wanted to help others on theirs. I am so glad you are here and hope that together we can design the life you deserve.
